Payment Terms and Conditions: A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 30 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Airport:
The nearest airport to Cape Coral is the South West Florida Int. Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers (± 20 miles). It is only a 40' drive to the villa. Many airlines have a direct connection to Fort Myers.
Rent A Car:
The Rental Car Companies are located on the ground level of the airport. Arriving passengers should proceed downstairs, exit baggage claim and walk across the street to the rental car facility. Customers will walk into the service center and drive out the back.
