Incredible water views! This beautiful and spacious gulf access pool home offers you a stunning view of Rosemary Lake.

Experience the "model home" feeling in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.

In the living room you can enjoy the 55" flat screen television, including cable TV, DVD, stereo (in/outside adjustable),

wireless high speed internet, fax, and phone service.

The luxurious master bedroom includes a king-size bed and 42" TV.
The master bathroom has dual vanities, roman walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, with all the comfort you will need.

The Safari Room offers two twin beds and a flat screen TV.

The Seaside Room offers a queen size bed. Both rooms have ample storage space and are nicely decorated.
The two guest rooms ("The Seaside & The Safari") share the second bathroom.


Outside you can enjoy the breathtaking lake view from the lanai, a BBQ grill, as well as the electric heated pool, with waterfall.

The house is close to all of the best Shopping and Dining in Cape Coral.
