Base pricing includes 2 adults. (Maximum occupation: 6 Persons) Each additional adult or child 12 and over is an additional $10.00 per day.

All rental rates are plus cleaning fee ($140), booking fee ($25), damage waiver ($60), and 11% sales and tourist tax. In addition, the property has an electric charge of $0.12/kwh used with a $25 per week free allowance.
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Aiport:
The nearest airport to Cape Coral is the South West Florida Int. Airport (RSW) in
Fort Myers (± 20 miles). Many airlines have a direct connection to Fort Myers.
Rent A Car:
The Rental Car Companies are located on the ground level of the airport. Arriving
passengers should proceed downstairs, exit baggage claim and walk across the
street to the rental car facility. Customers will walk into the service center and drive
out the back.
