All rental rates are plus cleaning fee ($140), booking fee ($25), damage waiver ($60), and 11% sales and tourist tax. In addition, the property has an electric charge of $0.10/kwh used with a $25 per week free allowance. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
